12th Gen Intel processors will feature higher clock speeds, more cores, and improved overclocking, as well as support for the latest standards like DDR5 and PCIe Gen 5. They will be based on the new Intel 7 architecture.

If you’re ready to upgrade, you can now preorder a 12th Gen Intel Core CPU, that was available from November 4th. The most notable advancement of 12th Gen Intel Core processors is the introduction of a unique hybrid design.

Intel’s Performance-cores deliver the quickest CPU speeds the company has ever produced, while Efficiency-cores improve multitasking and scalability.

The new Alder Lake CPUs can dynamically dispatch tasks to the proper core for the purpose and give the highest potential performance without disrupting your most important applications, thanks to P-cores and E-cores.

As a result, Intel promises significant multitasking improvements, which is wonderful news for gamers who prefer to stream and film their gameplay. The 12th Generation of Intel CPUs is guaranteed to excite gamers, with Intel touting its top Core i9-12900K processor as “the world’s greatest gaming processor.”

Thanks to its hybrid multithreaded design, which prioritises gaming applications, 12 Gen Intel CPUs will enable simultaneous gaming, streaming, chat, and gameplay recording.

The Intel Thread Director keeps track of the computer’s performance and multitasking so gamers don’t have to worry about other programmes interfering with frame rates.

Alder Lake CPUs have Turbo Boost clock speeds of up to 5.2 GHz and as much as 16 cores, so gamers may expect better raw performance. With all of this, Intel promises a considerable performance boost from generation to generation, with games like Hitman 3 displaying a large improvement in frames per second.

It also promises even greater improvements in 3D modelling, video, and photo editing. It will be easier than ever before to get the most out of your silicone. On unlocked CPUs, Intel promises a better overclocking experience, with the Extreme Tuning Utility allowing users to modify both P-cores and E-cores.

Veteran techies can tweak their custom settings, while newbies will appreciate the new Intel Speed Optimizer function, which allows for one-click overclocking. Extreme Memory Profile 3.0 (XMP), Intel’s latest RAM overclocking profile, has been published, featuring support for super-fast DDR5 memory and configurable user profiles. Upgrading to 12th Gen Intel Core CPUs gives you access to the most up-to-date industry hardware standards.

Support for PCIe Gen 5 with up to 20 lanes (16x PCIe 5.0 lanes and 4x PCIe 4.0 lanes) is guaranteed to please gamers, as it ensures compatibility with future generations of graphics cards and other high-end hardware upgrades.

Multiscreen setups will benefit from the enhanced integrated graphics, which can support resolutions up to 8K or up to four 4K monitors at the same time. Many e-tailers will begin selling 12th Gen Intel Core processors on November 4th.
