You can now book Covid 19 Vaccination slots using Whatsapp

Covid-19 immunisation slots can now be booked via WhatsApp by sending the message Book Slot to the MyGov helpdesk number

Most of the people are still not vaccinated against Covid. Main reason being lack of vaccine accessibility and lack of awareness

Users can book a Covid 19 immunisation slot by sending “Book Slot” to the MyGov WhatsApp number. WhatsApp is installed on almost every Indian phone. Booking a vaccination slot through the app will be easier, more convenient, and quicker with this new service.

For consumers who were unable to obtain a vaccination slot through CoWin, scheduling a vaccination slot using the app will become easier and more comfortable. • Save the My government Corona help desk number in your contacts (+91 9013151515)

• Open the chat section of that number, type “Book slot” and send.

• An OTP will be generated. Enter the OTP and people registered in that number will be listed.

• Choose the member from the list ( usually it displays the number of members registered in the same number)

• After that you can search by Pincode, choose the vaccine that you need, whether you need to be paid or free vaccine etc.,

• And finally it asks for Pincode and displays the vaccination centres in that Pincode

• In case if you don’t find any centres, u can opt for a nearby Pincode or area.

Booking a Covid-19 vaccination session is now feasible via WhatsApp. The app will now allow users to reserve vaccination slots after allowing them to download immunisation certificates by just sending a message to the MyGov helpdesk.
