Xiaomi‘s sub-brand Redmi launched its new Note 9 series which included 4G and 5G supported smartphones. Redmi launched three new smartphones including one Redmi watch. Redmi Note 9 4G starts from CNY 999 (INR 11,200), Redmi Note 9 5G starts from CNY 1299 (INR 14,500), and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.

Xiaomi has messed up with smartphone names this time. There is also a Redmi Note 9 which is available globally and it’s entirely different from the china variant of the Redmi Note 9. Here, we are going to discuss only the higher variant that is Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 750G, with a 6.67-inch, 120Hz LCD display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a main 108MP Samsung HM2 camera sensor. It also comes with 33W wired fast charging for its 4,820 mAh battery and NFC. It houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is priced at CNY 1599 (INR 18,000) for 6 GB+128 GB model, CNY 1799 (INR 20,200) for 8 GB+128 GB, and CNY 1999 (INR 22,500) for 8 GB+256 GB in China. Availability outside the region is not known yet.
