Xiaomi has released the new Redmi Watch 2 Lite and Redmi Smart Band Pro

Both devices have SpO2 monitoring as well as 110+ fitness modes.

After a brief period of speculation, rumours, and leaks, the Redmi Smart Band Pro and Redmi Watch 2 Lite have been formally introduced globally. Across the following weeks, the wearable will be available in Europe. The Band Pro is the follow-up to last year’s Redmi Smart Band, while the Redmi Watch 2 Lite is a scaled-down version of the Redmi Watch 2, which was unveiled alongside the Redmi Note 11 series in China not long ago.

Both wearables have a rectangular design, silicon bands, 110+ workout modes, multiple watch faces, and other features. Let’s have a look at the specifications and features of the Redmi Smart Band Pro and Redmi Watch 2 Lite.

Redmi smart band pro specs

The Redmi Smart Band Pro has a 1.47-inch curved AMOLED touch display with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels, a screen density of 282 PPI, a 100 percent NTSC colour gamut, and a peak brightness of up to 450 nits. More than 50 band faces are supported by the Redmi Smart Band Pro. The Apollo 3.5 CPU lies at the heart of the Redmi Smart Band Pro. The Xiaomi Wear/Xiaomi Wear Lite apps can be used to pair the band with Android devices running Android 6.0 or later, as well as Apple devices running iOS 10.0 or above

A 6-axis sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer, and a 3-axis gyroscope are included in the Redmi Smart Band Pro. A PPG heart rate sensor and a light sensor are included in the bands. There are more than 110 workout settings, including 15 professional levels, to choose from.

For outdoor jogging, outdoor walking, and treadmill use, the band has automated detection. In addition, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep quality tracking, stress level monitoring, deep breathing workout support, and menstrual cycle tracking are all available.

Music control, weather forecast, notification alerts, DND, incoming call alerts, timer, alarm, and stopwatch are all available on the Redmi Smart Band Pro.

The Redmi Smart Band Pro is powered by a 200mAh battery. According to the company, the band can last up to 14 days on a single charge with usual use and up to 20 days in power-saving mode. Finally, the Redmi Smart Band Pro is water-resistant to 5ATM

Redmi Watch 2 Lite specifications

The Redmi Watch 2 Lite, as its name suggests, is a scaled-down version of the Redmi Watch 2 Lite, which is clear from the specifications. For starters, this one features a 1.55-inch TFT LCD panel with a resolution of 320 x 360 pixels, which is a step down from the Redmi Watch 2’s AMOLED screen. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite has comparable pairing possibilities to the Redmi Smart Band Pro.

The Redmi Watch 2 Lite includes 110+ fitness modes, exactly as the Redmi Smart Band Pro, except it has 17 professional modes instead of the band’s 15. The watch is also water-resistant to 5 ATM. It contains a 262mAh battery that can last up to 10 days under normal conditions, 5 days under heavy conditions, and 14 hours in continuous GPS mode.

The price of either of these devices has yet to be revealed. The Redmi Smart Band Pro, on the other hand, will be available in Black, while the Redmi Watch 2 Lite will be available in Ivory, Black, and Blue, with straps in matching Ivory, Black, and Blue, as well as Pink, Olive, and Brown.
