iQOO 5 Display
Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO launched the Neo 5 in China on Tuesday with breathtaking specs. iQoo Neo 5 comes with a 6.62-inch full-HD+ Amoled display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate and 1300 nits brightness. The Phone also supports HDR 10+ and has slim bezels covering it with a rectangular camera module at the back and a punch-hole selfie cutout along with an under-display fingerprint sensor. Overall weight accounts for about 196g. Unfortunately, the phone misses out on a headphone jack but comes with dual stereo speakers.

iQOO 5 Performance
Powering up the phone is a flagship Snapdragon 870 (7nm) 5G SoC and an Adreno 650 GPU. It has an Octa-core (1×3.2 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.80 GHz Kryo 585) setup and comes with Android 11 out of the box with Origin OS on top of it which is one of the earliest. In terms of connectivity, it has WiFi 802.11 and Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX support.
iQOO Neo 5 Camera
The phone is equipped with a triple camera setup. The primary main camera is a 48 MP Sony IMX598, f/1.8, 25mm wide sensor, 1/2.0″, 0.8µm, PDAF, OIS13 MP, f/2.2, 16mm, 120Ëš ultrawide sensor and a 2 MP, f/2.4, depth sensor. The front shooter is a 16MP wide sensor. In terms of video it can shoot only 4K @ 30fps, 1080P @ 60fps, whereas the front can shoot only 1080P @ 30fps.

iQOO 5 Neo storage and Battery
In terms of storage, there is no dedicated SD card slot. The phone comes in 3 variants namely 8+128 GB, 8+256 GB, 12+256 GB along with UFS 3.1 Storage. The phone also has Li-Po 4400 mAh, a non-removable battery with 66W fast charging that charges the phone to 100% in 30 minutes.
iQOO Neo 5 Colours and pricing
Three colors, black, blue, orange have been showcased in the launch. As far as the pricing 8GB+128GB comes at 2499 CNY, 8GB+256GB at 2699 CNY, and 12GB+256GB with 2999 CNY which is reasonable. In addition to the phone launch iQOO, Neo 5 with iQOO wireless sports headphones, iQOO phone cooler, iQOO flash charging mobile game data cable 2 are also showcased.
