According to a statement from TVS Motor, the arrangement will give TVS iQube Electric customers access to Tata Power’s charging network. A normal AC charging network and a DC fast-charging network for electric two-wheelers are both goals of the alliance. It will also aid in EV adoption among two-wheeler users who want to take the first step toward turning electric in the country.

“Through world-class fast-charging solutions, our alliance will significantly improve customer convenience. We envision a comprehensive and reliable charging infrastructure for two and three-wheeler EV customers across India, in line with TVS Motor’s objective of electrification,” Sudarshan Venu (joint managing director of TVS Motor).

In their quest for sustainability, the two firms will also look at using solar energy to power select TVS Motor facilities.
