Technically the speaker SRS – RA5000 is powered by 3 front-facing drivers, 3 firing units, and a bassy internal subwoofer. This is the most expensive among the two. The cheaper former model has three units comprising 2 tweeters and a single subwoofer. Since the aerodynamics are spherical, the speaker can able to power up an entire room.
Copper highlighted accents with a contrasty black makes them aesthetically pleasing. In terms of connectivity, both WiFi and Bluetooth support are integrated along with smart features. Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa works perfectly.
Unfortunately, they aren’t standalone smart devices. So to power them you need Amazon, Chromecast or Google Powered smart devices.
As far as the pricing is concerned, £500/€599 for the RA5000 and £280/€359 for the RA3000 and only available in the UK and Europe as of now starting to sale from February 2021.
