Since the popularity of the Signal app was because of a recommendation from Elon Musk, it reached many people within a short period. Signal still focussed on security and even they come with enhanced security features like encrypted Video calls. But then more consumer-focused features such as wallpapers and stickers could make Signal feel more open to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger users who come to the app and hopefully thrive them on Signal over a long period. Signal is becoming a key attraction on town owing to the privacy policies from WhatsApp and Facebook.
