Sensational Tesla enters India, enrolled its 1st unit in Bengaluru.

Gigantic electric vehicle maker Tesla has finally entered India as Tesla India Motors and Energy Private Limited.

Earlier in 2020, Tesla’s Chief Executive Officer, Elon Musk hinted at the company entering India in 2021 and later, Union Minister of  Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has confirmed that. And now the company has been incorporated its manufacturing plant and R&D unit in Lavelle Road, Bengaluru.

As per sources, Tesla’s China factory may work as the primary sourcing point initially. They may start assembling vehicles in India after visible demand.
Talks were held with the governments of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu for local partnership and R & D.

It also revealed its directors namely David Jon Feinstein, Vaibhav Taneja and Venkatrangam Sreeram. The company was enlisted as a private firm with an authorized capital of Rs 15,00,000 and a paid-up capital of Rs 1,00,000. Initially, 3 luxurious sedans with a price range of 55 to 65 lakh will be introduced in India.

Tesla is considered one of the most desirable brands in the world. With its introduction of EV in Indian markets, most pioneer car makers in India will face heavy competition. With that being said electric vehicles had already made their entry to Indian markets and hope this revolution can reshape the future
