Redmi Note 9 Pro started receiving the Android 11 stable update in India

Redmi Note 9 Pro is the latest Xiaomi device to receive the Android 11 update. It indeed is one of the best mid-range device available right now. It is quite disappointing that a mid-range device is receiving an Android 11 update before the flagship Xiaomi Mi 10 series.

This is the first batch of Android 11 stable build rollout via OTA. The file size of the update is 2.3GB. The MIUI version V12.0.1.0.RWINNXM along with Android 11 is rolling out to random Redmi Note 9 Pro users in India.

Xiaomi usually pushes the update in batches to some random users. Don’t worry if your device still didn’t receive the update. The more you wait, the stability will be better. Since this is the first batch of OTA roll-out, we can expect bugs and stability issues.

However, you can sideload the update though. This is suggested if you have experience in flashing the updates. For Downloading the update package Click here and Flashing guide, please follow the Redmi Note 9 Pro XDA Forums.
