Apple is gearing up for a game-changing release: the next-gen iPad Pro. According to a Bloomberg report, this revamped flagship promises some major enhancements. The spotlight is on an OLED screen, an M3 processor, and an upgraded camera unit.

The upcoming iPad Pro models codenamed J717, J718, J720, and J721, will pack a punch with the cutting-edge M3 processor. These tablets are set to debut the remarkable OLED screen technology.

Apple’s M3 processor is expected to make its entrance by the close of 2023. Following the iPhone event, the company is rumored to unveil the next-gen Macs powered by the M3, crafted using TSMC’s advanced 3nm process. The M3 chip will outshine its predecessor, the M2, delivering greater power and improved energy efficiency.

In a significant display upgrade, the new iPads are leaving behind the current mini LED screens. OLED screens bring to the table accurate colors, heightened contrast, and elevated brightness levels. While the base model retains its 11-inch size, the larger variant will sport a slightly expanded 13-inch screen, a step up from the current 12.9-inch iPad Pro — Apple’s largest tablet to date.

Don’t overlook the exciting transformation of the Magic Keyboard. It’s set for a revamp, making the iPads even more akin to laptops, complete with a larger trackpad. Anticipated to drive up iPad sales, these new models are projected to be formally unveiled in the first half of 2024.

Apple isn’t holding back in the competition arena. The recently unveiled Galaxy Tab S9 series, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, is now in its sights. Notably, this series takes pride in being the first tablet lineup with an official IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Get ready for an iPad Pro evolution that’s poised to make waves. With OLED brilliance, M3 power, and a host of impressive features, Apple is making sure its next-gen iPad Pro is a force to be reckoned with. Stay tuned for the official reveal, slated for the first half of 2024.
