At its Smarter Living 2022 launch event, Xiaomi has expanded its laptop lineup with the launch of two new Mi NoteBook devices. The company has today launched Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi Notebook Pro laptops. In terms of specs, both the Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi Notebook Pro laptops run on Windows 10 Home and come in multiple variants of Intel Core i5 and Core i7 variants.

Both the Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi Notebook Pro will be available across Mi.com, Mi Homes, Amazon.in and retail stores starting August 31 2021. HDFC card members can avail of additional discounts up to Rs 4500 on the purchase of these laptops.
Mi Notebook Ultra Specs and Features
The Mi Notebook Ultra is made of a single block of Series 6 Aluminium and comes in a Grey finish. The entire body weighs 1.7 kg and is less than 17.9mm thick.
The laptop has a Mi TrueLife+ Display that covers 100% of the sRGB colour gamut. It has a 15.6-inch 3.2K(3200×2000) resolution, coupled with a 16:10 aspect ratio, Mi NoteBook Ultra comes with an IPS panel with an 89% screen to body ratio, pixel density of 242 PPI and 90Hz refresh rate.
Mi Notebook Ultra is powered by the latest 11th Gen TigerLake Intel Core i7 and i5 H35 series processors built on Intel’s 10nm Superfin process technology. The i7-11370H has 4 cores that support multi-threading up to 8 threads and can clock up to a maximum of 4.8GHz while operating at a TDP of 35W.
It is integrated with high-performance Intel Iris X graphics and dedicated AI hardware. It has up to 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVMe SSD storage.
The Mi Notebook Ultra houses a large 70 WHr battery and offers up to 12 hours of battery life. Also, with the 65W USB Type-C charger, it is claimed to charge from 0 to 50% in just under 45 mins.
Mi Notebook Ultra houses a backlit keyboard that comes with three levels of illumination (off, dim and bright). Each key comes with a travel distance of 1.5 mm. It houses a large, comfortable trackpad that offers 62% more area compared to the previous generation of the Mi NoteBook 14 series. For audio, it comes with a powerful stereo 2×2W speaker setup.
It comes with the latest Thunderbolt 4 port, with up to 40 Gbps data bandwidth, power delivery support and is capable of supporting up to two 4K displays.
For connectivity, it has a Thunderbolt 4 port, a single USB Type-C port that supports data and power delivery, HDMI 1.4 port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, a 3.5mm audio jack as well as an additional USB 2.0 connector for peripherals. It offers support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.
Mi Notebook Pro
This laptop from Xiaomi offers a 14-inch 2.5K(2560×1600) or QHD+ screen with 88% screen-to-body ratio, a 16:10 aspect ratio and 100% coverage of the sRGB colour gamut.
It is 17.3mm thin and 1.4 kg light and is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and i7 Tigerlake H35 processors which clock up to 4.8GHz, ensuring top-notch performance. With Intel Iris X graphics and dedicated AI hardware. This is paired with 8GB/16GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 3200 MHz and supports up to 512GB of NVMe SSD storage for a super snappy experience.
