Many People Claim That The Reliance Jio Network Is Down On Downdetector

Users of the Reliance Jio mobile network in India are reporting problems with the network today. As a result, Downdetector has seen a significant increase.

Reliance Jio cellular networks appear to be down for some users just hours after WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other apps went down. There’s no news on whether this network outage is limited to a certain region or affects all Jio members in India.

Several people turned to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction with the Jio network outage. #jiodown was trending on Twitter in India. Around 4,000 users on Downdetector reported network difficulties on the Jio network.

People have been experiencing connectivity troubles since this morning, according to the Twitter timeline for #jiodown messages.

Reliance On Twitter, JioCare, the company’s official customer service handle, is flooded with complaints about no network. Subscribers from all around the country are complaining about problems with the Jio network.

One general response given by the JioCare handle to those experiencing network troubles is, “We apologise for the difficulty this has caused you. You may experience intermittent difficulties utilising the internet and making or receiving calls/SMS. This is a temporary issue, and our teams are trying to resolve it as quickly as possible.”

The Jio network outage appears to be affecting only a small number of customers, and it does not appear to be affecting every Jio subscriber in the country. However, the number of people reporting a problem with the Jio network in India continues to rise, according to Downdetector.

After a couple of hours, The amount of Jio-related difficulties reported on Downdetector is steadily decreasing, indicating that the problem has been rectified for consumers. The majority of tweets to JioCare were sent from Madhya Pradesh and its environs, indicating that the outage may have hit this region. In the last few hours on Twitter, the hashtag Jio has been replaced by Reliance Jio.

For some enquiries, the official customer support handle is now acknowledging network difficulties and responding with a new generic answer that reads, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Your location is currently experiencing connection problems. Our team is working on the same, and services will be restored as soon as possible.”
