Smartpack subscriptions are available only on the mobile app and not from the Desktop website. In case if the phone is lost or the customers are not willing to return the device, Flipkart still provides guaranteed money-back depending on the Smart Pack. To get the full money back, original charger and box should be retained. Services once chosen and bought cannot be changed. Currently, there are no options to change services in a pack. However, customers can choose amongst up to 6 packs curated for their device.
