Recently, Xiaomi seized fake products from the Delhi market. This time again Xiaomi has seized fake products from the south Indian market. An estimated value of worth 33 lakhs INR of fake products has been seized from four suppliers in Chennai and Bengaluru.
There were 3000 fake Xiaomi products as per officials. A police complaint has been registered in the same region on the suppliers. These fake products included mobile covers, headphones, power banks, chargers, earphones, and many more products.
The fun part is many fake products included products which never launched by Xiaomi. However, shop owners from both the cities were arrested for allegedly selling fake Mi India products worth over 33 lakhs.
