Apple offers free display replacement for iPhone 11 users as many customers are likely to face touch screen issues. The company has recalled a small amount of iPhone 11 series smartphones for replacement of display. The company has accepted touch issues are due to a faulty display module in some batches. Apple has launched the iPhone 11 Display Module Replacement Program for eligible devices.

These touch defects are encountered in the devices which are manufactured only between November 2019 and May 2020. To check whether your iPhone 11 series, enter your device’s serial number on the replacement program page.

To find Apple iPhone serial number:
- Go to Settings and tap on General
- Tap on About
- Look for the Serial Number.
You can also find the serial number of the device below the barcode printed on your iPhone 11 retail box. If your iPhone 11 model is eligible for a screen replacement, you need to contact Apple or an Apple-authorized service provider to get an appointment.
