As we all know Adobe flash player enables users to play some videos, gifs and some games online. Few days before Microsoft officially released the last update for Adobe flash player and urged people to uninstall it.
Even though if you don’t uninstall there won’t be any support for flash player meaning it won’t work at all.
Exact usage of Adobe flash player
To recap Adobe flash enabled users to create quick attractive animations that can hook upon to anything on the internet. It even enabled YouTube contents to play in high quality. Later the introduction of smartphones led the way to less usage of these flash players
As a result in 2010 Apple laid out that it won’t let Flash run on iPhones and iPads. Instead, videos and animations could be delivered with HTML5 and other open technologies, making Flash redundant on a smartphone or tablet. By November 2011 every smartphone can play or stream any online content without a flash player making it unnecessary.

Reason for Adobe flash player to quit
But Adobe flash player support for PC continued but faced huge flaws. In 2015 Apple’s browser, the Safari blocked flash plugin and at the same time, Google’s Chrome started blocking some pieces of Flash content. In 2017 Adobe officially announced that it will end flash support by 2020.
The process for fully destroying Flash Player is not currently part of the new update and has been available as part of previous releases for some time. This means that even though you do not install the final update, you will not be able to miss the end-of-life of Flash Player. However, the latest update brings a changed language to warn users to uninstall Flash Player until it finally stops running.
Since most of the steaming sites offer more quality without a flash players usage, all the other content that was running on flash opted for an alternative. Adobe animate is one of them
Final words regarding Adobe’s flash player

“We are proud that Flash had a crucial role in evolving web content across animation, interactivity, audio, and video.” Adobe even has a dedicated article on uninstalling that Flash player’s from Windows and iOS.
